We Hate Photos! What Do We Do?
We totally understand! Many of our couples hate being in front of the camera (so do we!). We absolutely guarantee that you will be perfectly comfortable with our crew no matter how awkward you think you are!
Instead of forced posed shots, we make it fun by giving you prompts filled with movement. We'll play some games and have an overall blast. Don't worry, we've got you sorted ;)
How Long Will It Take To Receive Our Photos & Videos?
It will take roughly 12-16 weeks for your final wedding gallery & films. We put a lot of love and care into perfecting each image & film. If you'd like your photos & films sooner, please ask about the rush fee, we'll bump you right to the top of the queue!
Do You Have A Payment Plan?
Yes, we can organise to split your payments into as many instalments as necessary for you. Booking your wedding Photo & Video team does not have to be a stressful experience. We're here to serve you in the best way possible. Just let us know if this would suit you.
How Many Hours Should I Book?
It depends what you would like captured!
On a typical day, a 8-10 hour booking will get you from the start of ceremony all the way until the formalities are done.
An 8-10 hour booking will include prep at the start of the day and we'll wrap up about 30 mins into the d-floor action.
Our 9 hour bookings are for the couples that want it all, this will usually include from the start of the day, all the way until the end.
When you book, we have questionnaires & guides that we will send you, from there, we will create a run-sheet that works best with the timing for your day. If you have any questions, just ask!
We Don't Want Our Photos On Social Media
If you and your partner are not comfortable with having your wedding photos shared on social media, that's completely understandable. It's your wedding, and you should feel at ease with how these special moments are preserved and shared.
Do You Have Any Vendors You Recommend?
Yes, from years of experience in the wedding industry we have come to work with some of the top wedding vendors. We have listed some of the stand out vendors on my website. If you would like a specific recommendations, just reach out and we’ll send over some suggestions!
What Happens If Disaster Strikes And You Can't Capture My Day?
One of the many positive aspects to choosing a team like us is that we have multiple shooters apart of our cohesive team. This means that if someone happens to be involved in a terrible accident or gets suddenly unwell, we have many team members that we can call on.
Our team is filled with talented photographers/videographers who will take good care of you no matter the situation.
